Service Level Agreement

For Compile Jobs running on Pre-allocated Credit Plans we guarantee that the associated Functions compute will be available 99.95% of the time. No SLA is provided for Compile Tasks running under Pay as you Go Plans.

"Downtime" is the total accumulated Deployment Minutes, across the Marine Layer Cloud requested by a customer in a given Marine Layer subscription, during which the Cloud Compiler is unavailable to be triggered. A minute is considered unavailable for a given Cloud Compiler when there is no connectivity between where the Cloud Compiler is hosted and Marine Layer's Internet gateway.

"Monthly Uptime Percentage" is the Monthly Uptime Percentage is calculated using the following formula: Monthly Uptime % = (Maximum Available Minutes-Downtime)/(Maximum Available Minutes) x 100.

"Service Credits" are applicable only to fees attributable to your use of Marine Layer.
